Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our Research and Development (R&D) Department in the Molecular Biology sector. As an R&D Associate, you will assist in various projects focused on genetic research, molecular analysis, and developing innovative biotechnological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing molecular biology research projects, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and gel electrophoresis.
- Assist in designing and conducting experiments under the supervision of senior scientists.
- Record and analyze experimental data, maintaining accurate lab notes.
- Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution.
- Help maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of molecular biology techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately.
Skills:
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced research environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
