Position: FMCG Sales Executive / Sales Officer
We are looking for energetic, result-oriented sales professionals who are passionate about building brands and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Increase product availability and visibility across assigned territories.
* Generate new business opportunities and develop key accounts.
* Conduct regular market visits and retailer engagement.
* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
* Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy distributor relationships.
* Execute trade schemes and promotional activities.
* Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
* 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience.
* Experience in General Trade (GT); Modern Trade experience is an advantage.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
* Snacks, Namkeen, Makhana, Food Products, Beverages, or Packaged Foods.
* Experience handling distributor networks.
