Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable AI & Robotics Trainer to join our team for the Madhya Pradesh region. Candidates based in Bhopal or Indore will be preferred.
The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging AI, Robotics, Coding, and STEM training sessions in schools, supporting program implementation, and ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery. The role requires frequent travel to partner schools across Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct AI, Robotics, Coding, and STEM training sessions for school students.
- Deliver hands-on practical workshops using robotics kits and AI tools.
- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum in assigned schools.
- Guide students through projects, competitions, and innovation activities.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot robotics equipment when required.
- Coordinate with school authorities for scheduling and smooth execution of sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, activity reports, and student progress reports.
- Support teachers with classroom implementation and technical guidance.
- Encourage creativity, innovation, and problem-solving among students.
- Travel regularly to schools across Madhya Pradesh for training and program support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in AI, Robotics, STEM, or Coding will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in AI, Robotics, Coding, or STEM training.
- Experience teaching in schools, educational organizations, or EdTech companies is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent presentation skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with robotics platforms and educational robotics kits.
- Knowledge of Python, Scratch, Arduino, microcontrollers, sensors, and basic electronics.
- Understanding of STEM education methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage students across different age groups.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh.
