Job Summary:
The Training Executive is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering technical and operational training related to fuel automation systems for field service engineers. The role ensures that staff and partners are properly trained on installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fuel automation equipment and software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Planning & Development
- Identify training needs for field service engineer.
- Develop technical training modules related to fuel automation systems, hardware, and software.
- Prepare training manuals, presentations, user guides, and SOP s.
2. Technical Training Delivery
- Conduct training programs for installation engineers, service engineers, and support teams.
- Provide product training for new fuel automation systems, controllers, sensors, and software platforms.
- Train field service engineer on system operation and troubleshooting.
3. On boarding & Skill Development
- Conduct training for new field service engineer.
- Organize periodic refresher training for service and support teams.
- Support skill development programs for field engineers.
5. Documentation & Evaluation
- Maintain training records, attendance, and training reports.
- Collect feedback from service engineers and incorporate improvements in training materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Update training materials whenever there are product upgrades or new features.
6. Field & Customer Training:
- Provide training to field service engineer on the usage of fuel automation systems.
- Support major project installations with on-site training if required.
Required Skills:
- Good technical understanding of fuel automation systems, electronics, and software applications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Training and documentation skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting knowledge
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation, MCA, BCA, Msc IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical training, service engineering, or product training in fuel automation, electronics, or industrial automation companies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
