Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, with a primary focus on hiring Sales professionals for our Website Development and IT Services business. The role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close positions within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Sales, Business Development Executives (BDE), Account Managers, and other sales-related roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring sales hiring requirements.
- Post job openings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure a smooth joining process.
- Work closely with management to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong experience hiring Sales/Business Development profiles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in an IT Services, Website Development, Digital Marketing, or Software Development company is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
