Responsibilities:
- Source customers for group (JLG) loans through field visits
- Manage customer relationships and group formation
- Handle loan processing, disbursement & collections
- Achieve business and repayment targets
Eligibility:
- Any Degree
- Freshers / Experienced
- Must be willing to work in the field
Timing: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: ₹2.6 – ₹3.3 LPA + Incentives
