Role Overview:
LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects.
We are looking for a Trainee Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support social media and branding initiatives. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their design career who is eager to learn, develop strong fundamentals, and contribute to real-world projects in a structured and collaborative environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design engaging social media creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in developing visual assets for branding and marketing campaigns.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats, sizes, and platforms.
- Support senior designers in executing creative concepts and campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in typography, color, and overall brand identity.
- Organize and manage design files and assets efficiently.
- Stay updated with design trends relevant to social media and branding.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
Key Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple small tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic working knowledge of Figma.
- Familiarity with MS Office for coordination and presentations.
- Basic understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
- Strong communication and willingness to collaborate.
