Job Summary
Cylsys Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates for the position of Business Development Executive (BDE). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a keen interest in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Identify and qualify potential clients and business prospects.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Maintain and update lead databases and sales records.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support the sales and marketing team in achieving business targets.
- Participate in market research and competitor analysis activities.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and client coordination abilities.
- Confidence in handling calls and interacting with clients.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
Eligibility
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Business Development will be preferred.
