- Job Title: Warehouse Operations Intern

Job PurposeTo support daily fulfillment center activities while learning the end-to-end flow of inventory. This role balances hands-on floor operations with analytical tasks to optimize warehouse efficiency, safety, and shipping accuracy.Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Mapping: Assist in tracking stock levels and auditing inventory counts using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Process Optimization: Shadow supervisors to identify operational bottlenecks in the picking, packing, or sorting lines.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Compile daily operational metrics, such as order fulfillment rates, processing times, and inbound delays.
- Fulfillment Support: Help the floor team process high-volume inbound shipments, organize stockrooms, and stage outbound orders.
- Safety Compliance: Participate in safety walkthroughs to ensure the facility aligns with occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and comfort learning logistics software.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Ability: Willingness to work on the warehouse floor, which involves standing, walking, and occasional light lifting.
