Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and client-focused Fintech Sales Executive responsible for acquiring new clients and promoting fintech investment products including Mutual Funds, Digital Gold & Silver, Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF), Bonds, and Fixed Deposits. The role involves lead generation, client advisory, onboarding coordination, and relationship management while working closely with the Fintech Operations team in a fast-paced multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through field outreach, referrals, campaigns, networking, and client engagement activities.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to convert prospects into active investors.
- Promote fintech products by clearly explaining features, risks, benefits, and investment suitability.
- Identify potential clients based on financial needs, risk profile, and investment objectives.
- Assist clients with initial onboarding guidance and collect accurate details for processing.
- Coordinate with Fintech Operations Executive for documentation, transaction processing, and status updates.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and encourage repeat investments and portfolio growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in internal systems.
- Support marketing initiatives, awareness drives, and client education activities.
- Stay updated with product changes, regulatory updates, and market trends to ensure compliant selling practices.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech sales, financial product advisory, or BFSI sales roles.
- Ability to generate leads independently and manage follow-up cycles effectively.
- Understanding of investment products such as Mutual Funds, Digital Gold/Silver, Bonds, Fixed Deposits, and LAMF.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain financial concepts in a simple, clear, and compliant manner.Basic understanding of compliance, risk disclosure, and ethical sales practices.
- Fluency in local language(s) along with basic English/Hindi communication.Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized in lead tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup or multi-brand environment.Prior experience in fintech platforms or financial services preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
