Position: Kindergarten Teacher
Classes: LKG / UKG
Location: Padma Prakaash Mat Hr Sec School
Eligibility:
- Graduate with D.El.Ed / B.Ed / Montessori / ECCE qualification preferred
- Prior experience in Kindergarten teaching is an advantage
- Good spoken English and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, safe and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities
- Teach foundational English, Tamil, Maths and EVS concepts
- Develop children's communication, social and motor skills
- Conduct rhymes, stories, art, music and activity-based learning
- Maintain classroom discipline and student records
- Communicate effectively with parents
- Encourage creativity, confidence and independence in children
