Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative agency environment. This role is ideal for a recent MBA/BBA graduate who wants hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and event-based marketing. Strong performers will be offered a full-time position at the end of the internship period.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales and marketing leads through research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Identify potential clients across industries who may require video production services (corporate, events, advertising, social media content, etc.)
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and expos to represent Wilmarcs, build the network, and generate leads
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for prospective clients
- Maintain and update CRM with lead information, follow-ups, and conversion status
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with the production team to understand service offerings and effectively communicate value to clients
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA or BBA from a recognized B-School (Sales, Marketing, or General Management specialization preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable with cold outreach and networking
- Willingness to travel for events, expos, and client meetings
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and strong follow-up discipline
- Good written communication skills for emails, proposals, and presentations
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
