Key Responsibilities:
- Dual Target Execution: Take ownership of both individual sales quotas and the overarching team sales target, ensuring consistent performance.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and support a team of telesales executives, providing day-to-day feedback to improve their call quality, handling of objections, and conversion rates.
- Pipeline & Lead Management: Oversee the team’s lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and effective closure strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily team metrics, assist in regular performance reviews, and step in to help close difficult deals or handle escalations.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address any operational bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
