Essential Job Responsibilities Lead India-Based Systems Engineering Teams - Provide frequent 1:1 engagement with engineers. - Lead and support requirements and functional safety teams. - Ensure alignment with U.S. leadership. Drive System-Level Execution - Oversee system requirements development. - Facilitate reviews and risk assessments. - Work to continuously improve team’s product understanding and quality of requirements. Requirements Engineering Leadership - Drive for improved interpretation of customer requirements. - Collaborate with test teams to ensure requirements can be validated. - Drive ASPICE‑compliant processes. Functional Safety (ISO 26262) - Provide oversight for safety activities. - Promote adherence to workflows. Cybersecurity Collaboration - Support cybersecurity‑related system requirements. - Promote adherence to workflows. Manage Process, Quality, and Tools - Promote consistent use of engineering standards. Support System Validation and Compliance - Collaborate on test planning and execution. Strategic Alignment - Implement systems engineering strategy within India. Ability to Travel Domestically & Internationally Travel may be required to U.S. engineering centers. Education & Experience Required: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering. - 8+ years systems engineering experience. Preferred: - Master’s degree. - Functional safety experience.
