Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Contact prospective customers and explain project details.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated with market trends and company projects.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experienced candidates in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, or customer service are preferred.
- Age should be 35 years or below.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
