International Sales Manager – Non-Basmati Rice
Job Summary
International Sales Manager to drive global sales of our Non-Basmati Rice portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding international markets, developing long-term customer relationships, achieving export sales targets, and managing the complete export sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to increase exports of Non-Basmati Rice.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the distributor, importer, and wholesaler network across global markets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with overseas buyers, importers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Generate export inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close international sales contracts.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Documentation, and Logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor global rice market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer–seller meets, and business development events.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, international trade policies, and customer quality requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, MIS reports, and business development plans for management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in International Business, Marketing, or Export Management is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in international sales of Non-Basmati Rice, agro-products, or food exports.
- Strong network of overseas buyers, importers, and distributors.
- Proven track record of achieving export sales targets and developing new international markets.
- Knowledge of APEDA guidelines, export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade practices.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
