Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain property projects.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM/Excel).
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Telecalling / Real Estate Sales / Customer Service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Strong persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
