Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Job Description:
- Perform quality inspection of fabricated mechanical components and equipment.
- Carry out and coordinate NDT (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT) as per project and customer requirements.
- Review fabrication drawings, WPS/PQR, ITP, and quality documents.
- Ensure all fabrication and welding activities comply with quality standards.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, and client inspection teams.
- Conduct final inspection before dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Mechanical Quality Control.
- Hands-on experience in Fabrication and NDT Inspection.
- Knowledge of welding inspection and quality documentation.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
