The Company seeks the following basic requirements from the Candidate:
Diploma or Degree in Civil engineering- a minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in on/ off site co-ordination of architectural, civil engineering, infrastructure development, landscape development related projects. Engineers with exposure and experience in landscape architecture would be preferred.
-Should have sound knowledge of construction details and materials related to landscape design and construction.
Prepare and analyse project costs for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and time.
Should be able to review and check Bills of Quantities and Estimates related to landscape design projects
Check, update and correct Autocad drawings related to landscape construction.
Prepare and co-ordinate drawings and calculations for MOEF, IGBC and other statutory compliances.
Forecast costs of different resources needed for the project.
Co-ordinate with vendors and clients for selection and procurement of material samples, approval of shop drawings, preparation of material presentation boards etc.
Preparation of material / fixture lists for lighting, play equipment etc;
Good working knowledge and speed in Microsoft Excel, Autocad Versions 2012 and above is a must.
