Job Purpose:
To support the Sales & Marketing team by preparing quotations, processing customer orders, maintaining sales records, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring timely execution of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Receive, process, and track customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, and Dispatch teams for order execution.
- Maintain customer records, sales databases, and order status reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Coordinate logistics and dispatch schedules with the concerned departments.
- Support new customer registration and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of sales documents and correspondence.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO 9001:2015, and IATF 16949 documentation requirements.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Administration.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
