Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to promote and sell industrial and healthcare equipment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining technical products, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is a target-based role with attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and lead follow-ups
- Meet potential customers and explain product features and technical specifications
- Sell industrial and healthcare equipment such as ovens, driers, air & water pollution control systems, etc.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate negotiations with clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
- Maintain records of client meetings, sales updates, and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales of industrial/healthcare equipment
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with extensive field work and client meetings
- Basic computer knowledge: MS Word & MS Excel
- Language requirement: Marathi, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
Job Type & Compensation:
- Target-based performance role
- Salary: ₹30,000/month or above (based on previous experience)
- Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales performance
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
