Bluconnet Private Limited is expanding its team and looking for an energetic, driven individual to join as a Sales & Online Marketing Associate. This role is ideal for candidates eager to build a career in digital sales, marketing, and client engagement while contributing to a fast-growing organization.
Job Details:
· Position: Sales & Online Marketing Associate
· Location: Metropolitan, Bypass Dhaba, Kolkata
· Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on interview and experience)
· Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred, however freshers are also encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth & Client Acquisition
- Drive online sales through targeted Global companies.
- Convert prospects into clients and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
2. Marketing Campaigns & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Track campaign performance and optimize ROI using CRM tools.
3. Lead Generation & Follow-up
- Identify potential clients through advertisements, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- Engage with leads via Zoom meetings, chats, and email communication.
- Convert qualified global prospects into long-term business opportunities.
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze global market trends and monitor competitor activities.
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.
5. Client & Network Management
- Collaborate effectively with international clients and partners.
- Strengthen Bluconnet’s presence in global markets.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) or Diploma in IT
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Email Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Additional Skills:
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Negotiation and presentation abilities.
o Proactive, target-driven mindset with passion for digital sales.
o Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred, but not mandatory)
