Pre-Requisites:
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
· Working knowledge of computer e.g. Excel, word, power point and Conversant with ERP
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring Daily attendance through biometric machine & register and report abnormality to Reporting Head/Concern Authority.
2. Recruitment of GET/DET/ITI/ Graduates and machining manpower (Operators & Helpers) as per approved organization chart.
3. Support in arranging the interview for other technical & supporting staff.
4. Maintain employee files & other records and update master sheet in excel.
5. To ensure proper induction of all new joinees and maintain records.
6. Issuing appointment, confirmation, probation extension and other letters to employees.
7. Payroll processing of onroll and contractual employees and maintain Leave records.
8. Ensure timely submission of statutory compliance as per compliance chart.
9. Employee grievance handling like PF, ESIC , salary and others.
10. Arrange to organize the trainings as per training calendar and maintain records along with effectiveness question test paper.
11. Maintain all monthly statutory registers and other records.
12. Organize regular employee engagement activities like employee birthday, incentive awards, suggestion scheme etc.
13. Preparation the full & final settlement of exit employees and process for payment.
14. Ensure & maintain the record of various audits like Customer audit, IATF 16949, EHS & EMS.
15. To monitor the Plant housekeeping through monthly checksheet.
16. To take daily plant round, record observations and resolve as per plan.
17. To ensure the usages of personal protective equipment on shop floor.
18. Handling other plant related admin issues.
19. Preparation monthly HR MIS.
20. Some other important task assigned by Management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
