Job Role
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented CRM / Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Executive who can handle client interactions, generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle fresh leads and client inquiries professionally
- Convert walk-ins and online inquiries into successful enrollments/sales
- Follow up with interested clients via calls & WhatsApp
- Maintain CRM records and daily follow-up data
- Explain immigration/study visa services confidently
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client processing
- Build long-term client relationships and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
Requirements
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales, CRM, or counseling preferred
- Experience in immigration/education sales is a plus
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with calling and client handling
- Freshers with confidence and communication skills can also apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
