Job Summary
Leap Ahead India is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to connect with founders, startup leaders, and business owners. You will lead outreach efforts, build strong partnerships, and drive ecosystem growth.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
- Founder Outreach & Relationship Building: Actively find and connect with startup founders and business leaders to build long-term partnerships.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify high-potential leads, qualify them, and set up high-level business meetings.
- Ecosystem Development: Represent the company at networking events and expand Leap Ahead’s professional network.
- Account Management: Follow up with existing partners and ensure smooth communication.
- Business Development Strategy: Work with senior leadership to design and execute growth strategies.
Education & Experience
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA, BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, or equivalent preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations is preferred (Freshers with exceptional skills may apply).
Core Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Confidence to speak with founders and CEOs.
- Great listening and negotiation skills.
- A strong growth mindset and ability to work without supervision.
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva).
- Social media content creation (LinkedIn and Instagram marketing).
- Experience with podcast coordination or short-form video content.
