Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous manner.
- Handle patient registration, admissions, and discharge procedures.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services and billing procedures.
- Handle cash, receipts, and payment transactions when required.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and professional at all times.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate or Intermediate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Management Software preferred).
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Prior experience in a hospital front office is preferred.
