About the Role
Primacy Academy is looking for a dynamic Head – AI Academy & Growth to lead our AI training programs, curriculum development, academy operations, partnerships, and business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of AI, Generative AI, AI tools, automation, AI agents, and prompt engineering, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI training programs and academy operations.
- Develop and upgrade AI/GenAI courses and curriculum.
- Conduct AI workshops, webinars, demos, and awareness sessions.
- Research and implement new AI tools and technologies.
- Build and manage AI trainers and training programs.
- Develop college and corporate partnerships.
- Support Sales & Marketing activities and lead generation.
- Drive student enrollment, course quality, revenue, and academy growth.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in AI / GenAI / Technology.
- Hands-on knowledge of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, AI Agents, Automation, Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG, and AI productivity tools.
- Understanding of AI applications in business, HR, sales, marketing, finance, ERP/CRM, and operations.
- Strong communication, presentation, training, and leadership skills.
- Business-oriented, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
Education
B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc / M.Sc / AI-ML / Data Science / Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
