Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company services and solutions to prospects.
- Follow up with interested clients and schedule meetings/demo calls.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and effectively.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for conversions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Comfortable making 100+ calls per day.
- Good Hindi communication skills; English communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Digital Marketing sales will be preferred.
