Job Description
Customer Service Executives for the UHC (UnitedHealthcare) process. This is a US healthcare customer service voice process where you will interact with customers over phone calls and provide support regarding their healthcare-related concerns.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will:
* Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
* Assist customers with queries related to healthcare plans and insurance benefits.
* Help members understand claim status, eligibility, coverage, and policy details.
* Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and benefits.
* Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
* Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
* Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process requirements.
Eligibility
* Excellent English communication skills.

* Comfortable working in US night shifts.
* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
