Job Summary:
We are looking for a Back Office Executive (Fresher) with good system knowledge and strong MS Excel skills to support internal operations, data management, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and data management using internal systems
- Work extensively on MS Excel for reports, trackers, and data analysis
- Maintain and update records in company databases and software systems
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Support internal teams with system-based tasks and documentation
- Follow process guidelines and maintain data confidentiality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or diploma holder (any discipline)
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Good system knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas preferred)
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic communication and coordination skills
