Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Associate – Base Staff to support daily operational activities. This role involves weighing products, applying labels, assisting with packaging, and maintaining accuracy throughout inventory and handling processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Weigh products accurately according to established procedures.
- Apply product labels and stickers correctly.
- Assist with packaging and stock handling activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Verify accuracy of product quantities, weights, and labels.
- Support inventory and operations teams as needed.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in routine tasks.
- Ability to perform repetitive work efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices is preferred.
- Prior experience in packaging, warehouse operations, or inventory handling is an advantage but not required.
