We are looking for a passionate and self-driven MERN Stack Developer with strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and an ownership mindset. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, communicating effectively, and leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity and software quality.

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance applications.

Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

Understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions.

Collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Follow coding standards, version control, and development best practices.

1-2 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript is a plus.

Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and React component architecture.

Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party APIs.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.

Good understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.

Basic knowledge of SQL databases, cloud platforms, or Docker is an advantage.

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms for requirement analysis, planning, coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and learning.

Ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
