Job Title: HR (Recruitment & Documentation)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to handle recruitment, employee coordination, and basic HR operations. The candidate should be able to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for hiring processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
Handle attendance and leave records
Support payroll coordination and basic compliance (PF, ESIC)
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of employee files
Address basic employee queries and coordination
Assist in HR policies and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent)
Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment process
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Knowledge of statutory compliance is an added advantage
Experience:
Fresher or up to 1 year experience can apply
Additional Notes:
Candidate should be confident in communication and coordination
Willingness to learn and handle responsibilities independently
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
