Job Title: HR & Admin ExecutiveJob Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support the organization's human resources and administrative functions. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, policy implementation, office administration, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and maintain HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance and maintain required HR records.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management teams.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and asset inventories.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office infrastructure.
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees when required.
- Coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and office events.
- Maintain administrative records, contracts, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with office safety and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Freshers with relevant internships or HR certifications may also be considered.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and employee relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS, payroll software, or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and time management.

- Experience in managing employee engagement initiatives and vendor coordination.
