Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer ledgers and update collection records.
- Assist in preparing ageing reports and collection MIS.
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams for payment reconciliation.
- Resolve basic billing and payment-related queries.
- Support the Credit Control team in achieving collection targets.
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Pharma industry will be an added advantage.
