The role
We're looking for a driven SDR to own our top-of-funnel outreach. You'll be the first touchpoint for potential clients — identifying prospects, crafting personalised cold emails, and making outbound calls to book discovery meetings for our sales team.
This is a high-impact role where you'll directly shape how Retail Commerce AI grows. If you're energised by conversations, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by results, this is for you.
What you'll do
- Research and build targeted prospect lists of retail and e-commerce businesses
- Write and send personalised cold email sequences (high volume, high quality)
- Make outbound calls to qualify leads and book meetings
- Follow up consistently across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Maintain clean CRM records and report on pipeline activity
- Work closely with founders to refine messaging and targeting
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales (SaaS or tech preferred)
- Strong written English — you know how to write a cold email that gets replies
- Comfortable on the phone — confident, concise, and persuasive
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar
- Interest in AI, retail, or e-commerce is a bonus
