Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in residential and commercial interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and builders
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development / sales (interior or real estate industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients professionally
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts is an advantage
Salary: Best in industry + Incentives
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
