Ownership of the team and product you’ll be working with

Requirements:

An awesome engineer first!

You care about the team, users, product and organisation

8 years of experience, with minimum 2 years in management

Having went through end to end product journey in your previous works

Strong in at least of the following languages: Python/Golang/Nodejs
Good to have:

Someone in similar role before

Having worked with a cool tech startup in the past

Process oriented focus towards having focus on having close to real time development to production releases

You understand why to follow coding conventions, and when to break them
What to expect:
