Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing proto, fit, size-set, and PP samples as per buyer tech packs and design specifications.
- Support pattern evaluation, fit correction, and pattern adjustments.
- Identify and assist in resolving stitching, construction, shrinkage, and finishing issues.
- Measure samples and ensure compliance with buyer size charts and tolerances.
- Assist in fabric and trim consumption estimation and material optimization.
- Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Sampling, Quality, and Production teams.
- Understand garment construction, fabric behavior, stitching techniques, and pattern-making.
- Read and interpret tech packs, measurement sheets, and technical sketches.
- Assist in identifying fit and construction faults and implementing corrections.
Candidate Profile
- Pursuing or recently completed Fashion Design / Apparel Design / Garment Technology or a related course.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, fabrics, and sewing.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn garment product development.
