Job Summary
Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoicing and reconciliations, coordinating payment follow-ups, and supporting finance-related activities across departments. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in accounting, finance, and ERP systems are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Operations
- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records accurately.
- Prepare sales invoices, quotations, payment receipts, debit notes, and other financial documents.
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company expenses.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, contracts, payment documents, and financial reports.
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
Client Coordination & Billing
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and account statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing activities.
- Address basic client queries related to invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports related to collections and receivables.
Compliance & ERP Support
- Support VAT documentation, filing, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate with ERPNext implementation and support teams on finance and billing-related matters.
- Assist in financial data migration, validation, and verification activities within ERP systems when required.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate financial information within ERPNext.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial statements.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably ERPNext, will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of reconciliation processes and financial record management.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn and build a career in finance are encouraged to apply.
