Job Title: EA cum Receptionist
Location: Santacruz Office, Mumbai
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, well-organized, and presentable EA cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations while providing executive and administrative support to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages as required.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper visitor management procedures.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and correspondence.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for senior management.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare meeting schedules, and follow up on action points.
- Draft emails, letters, presentations, and other business correspondence.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate with various departments for timely completion of tasks assigned by management.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Handle routine administrative tasks and support management in day-to-day operations.
Administration
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Support HR and Administration teams in employee coordination and office activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the reception and administrative areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional appearance, pleasant personality, and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Preferred
- Experience supporting senior management or directors.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
