Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef 3 to join our hotel kitchen team. The candidate will assist in preparing Chinese cuisine while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Chinese dishes including noodles, rice, soups, sauces, and stir-fry items.
- Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Manage mise en place and ensure proper ingredient handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety standards and standard recipes.
- Support the kitchen team during service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Chinese cuisine preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Benefits:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
