Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Head
Location: Assigned Territory
Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth, expand market presence, and strengthen dealer/distributor networks for Indo Stark’s range of PVC, UPVC, conduit, and agriculture pipes & fittings within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Appoint, manage, and motivate dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Expand market coverage by identifying new business opportunities and regions
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control
- Conduct regular market visits, customer meetings, and site inspections
- Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities, schemes, and branding
- Support product approvals in government, corporate, and OEM segments
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and MIS submissions
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Market knowledge of pipes, fittings, or building materials industry
- Ability to handle channel sales and distributor networks
- Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in sales (preferably in PVC/UPVC pipes, construction, or building materials industry)
Preferred Industry Background:
- PVC / UPVC Pipes & Fittings
- Building Materials / Infrastructure
- Agriculture / Irrigation Products
Compensation:
- Competitive Salary + Performance Incentives + TA/DA as per company policy

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
