- Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monthly Calendar Planning: Develop and oversee monthly social media and digital content calendars, aligning them with client objectives and campaign strategies.
- Brand Strategy Development: Craft data-driven strategies for brand positioning, campaigns, and messaging that align with business goals.
- Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for brands to stand out.
- Campaign Planning: Collaborate with creative and digital teams to translate strategic insights into actionable ideas and ensure cohesive execution.
- Market Research: Use primary and secondary research tools to uncover unique insights and validate strategic recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver consistent, high-impact results.
- A strategic thinker who can connect the dots between consumer behavior, cultural trends, and business challenges.
- Experience in client servicing and managing expectations while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Proven ability to create detailed social media and digital content calendars tailored to client goals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and timelines.
