Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in silver jewellery, outstanding communication skills, and a persuasive sales approach that aligns with Ekadhi’s brand values. You will be responsible for providing personalized service, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the customer’s shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional approach
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable silver jewellery pieces
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and craftsmanship to customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays
- Keep up-to-date with latest collections, trends, and promotions
- Process sales transactions accurately and manage cash/digital payments
- Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional events and in-store campaigns
- Maintain inventory records and support stock management activities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum High School Diploma; a degree or diploma in retail or sales is a plus
- Prior experience in jewellery retail or luxury product sales preferred
- Passion for silver jewellery and an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving capabilities
- Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per store hours
