About the Company
Taneja Sons Milk Products Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing dairy company engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of premium-quality Desi Ghee, Skim Milk Powder (SMP), Whole Milk Powder (WMP), Dairy Whitener, Butter, and other dairy products. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to expand our business across North India.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Desi Ghee and Milk Powder products.
- Appoint and manage Super Stockists, Distributors, and Dealers.
- Drive sales in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and HoReCa channels.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, institutional buyers, hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries and payment collection.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present them to management.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to improve productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in FMCG/Dairy Sales.
- Experience in selling Desi Ghee, Milk Powder, Dairy Whitener, Butter, or related dairy products.
- Strong distributor network in Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, and NCR will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
