Hiring: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
SPES Super Speciality Hospital is hiring Resident Medical Officers (RMO) to provide quality patient care and support clinical services.
Qualification
- MBBS or BAMS (Mandatory)
- Valid State Medical Council Registration
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, examine, and manage patients in OPD, IPD, and Emergency under hospital protocols.
- Provide immediate medical care and stabilize emergency patients.
- Conduct daily patient rounds and monitor clinical progress.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for effective patient management.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code calls.
- Ensure timely investigations, follow-up, and implementation of treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications as per hospital policy and consultant guidance.
- Follow NABH standards, infection control practices, biomedical waste management, and patient safety protocols.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and follow-up care.
- Participate in clinical meetings, CMEs, audits, and quality improvement activities.
Required Skills
- Good clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Team-oriented with a patient-centric approach.
- Knowledge of NABH standards will be an added advantage.
