Architect
Location: Besant Nagar, Chennai
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, creating 3D visualizations, and supporting project execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative architectural designs and space planning solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and design presentations using SketchUp.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, standards, and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during project execution.
- Review project specifications and incorporate necessary revisions into design documents.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building regulations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
