Job Title: Land Scout / Land Acquisition Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential land parcels for real estate and farmhouse projects.
- Conduct field visits and collect land-related information.
- Coordinate with landowners, brokers, and local contacts.
- Verify basic land details, road access, surroundings, and development potential.
- Share daily land leads and site updates with management.
- Support in negotiations and initial documentation processes.
- Maintain database of available lands and owner contacts.
Requirements:
- Experience in land scouting or real estate field work preferred.
- Good local network and communication skills.
- Ability to travel for site visits.
- Basic knowledge of land locations and market trends.
- Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
