As a hiring and training partner to a leading FMCG brand, we are seeking Business Development Executives to support national expansion by identifying and onboarding distributors across multiple regions in India. The role focuses on business development, distributor acquisition, and relationship management, providing candidates with practical exposure to FMCG sales and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-time Business Development Executive role in the FMCG sector focused on driving product sales and market expansion.
2. Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution coverage.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
4. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, product performance, and shelf visibility.
5. Execute trade promotions, merchandising activities, and in-store branding initiatives.
6. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and promotional deals with channel partners.
7. Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
8. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.
9. Work closely with the marketing team to implement brand strategies in the field.
10.Ensure compliance with company policies, financial guidelines, and sales processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
0–5 years of experience in FMCG sales (territory sales, distributor management, or retail sales is preferred)
Valid driving license (if field-based role)
